Our Products

Cross members spaced 375mm apart. Mud flaps and under run bumper fitted as standard. All parts are primed before assembly, and complete body is also covered in 2 layers of EDGE Primer. Body will be spray painted with 2x coats of 2k white to matched to the Truck cab colour. All Bodies is available in various lengths to suit the application and payload.  Vehicle Width will be determined by the client and legislation of the particular model. Vehicle Height of STD units will be 2,2M and 2,4m respectably.

All our standard spec vehicles is mounted on 178 x 54 rolled steel channel longitudinal runners which are welded to the 76 x 38 steel channel cross member with triangle steel gussets securing the cross member to the longitudes. The Chassis Runners is mounted to each vehicles as per the OEM body mounting requirements, to ensure all warranty compliances. All Bodies have various floor thickness that’s available and this will be constructed from 3mm or 5mm mild steel bend up plate supported underneath by our 76 x 38mm Crossmembers.  

Special vehicles like tippers and Water tankers the floors and sides will be specified and these can included various material from Mild Steel, Corten, Domex, 3CR12 and ROQ-tuf® AM700 all on clients request. All Drop side doors is constructed from 2,5mm mild steel sheets bend and installed on 5mm Drop post and fitted with 8mm Door Handles. Van Bodies are all 2mm thick mild steel top hat sections spaced 400mm apart. All Van bodies and Tautliners have 1,0mm steel sheets panelling roofs and attached to the 2mm thick roof top hats.

All Bodies have various Tailboards available, these houses and protects the Taillights, numberplates and Chevron Board, All our Tailboards are manufacturer in house and thus allow quick replacement of parts should the clients needs so items in the future. All Vehicles that require underrun bumpers will be fitted with it as per legislation requirements.
Van Bodies and Tautliners will be Available with optional Rear Loading Doors and Side Loading Doors on client request.  Vehicle Bodies will be free from Welding Slag, Dirt, Grease and body filled where needed to ensure a smooth finish.
